The Gumbo Pot has carried on the legacy of serving authentic New Orleans food in the Farmers Market since 1986. The Gumbo Pot is owned and operated by Clinton Thompson who started with company in 1994 and trained in all aspects of operation before taking over in 2005, He's dedicated to keeping The Gumbo Pot the preeminent New Orleans eatery in Los Angeles.
